This is a great venue for our annual conference and showcase. You enter into a huge atrium/lobby area and it’s a great place to meet and network during the daytime events beacuse the registration and information desk is located just past the front desk of the hotel in front of the Harris Room. There is a bar and plenty of seating/tables, wireless internet, work stations with computers and a printer. All of the panels, workshop, clinic, mentoring and trade show rooms are just off the atrium on the main floor as you enter. Just next to the trade show room is O’Reilly’s Tap Room & Kitchen. Good idea is to book your room early because last year the hotel sold out early and the Hampton down the street was too. It’s really the best place too stay to get the most out of the conference and hit the late nigh jam sessions.
